Primary Responsibilities
* Actively promoting and guiding guests through the hotel's diverse range of wellness activities, such as yoga, meditation, fitness classes, guided hikes, and other bespoke experiences
* Supervising and managing the hotel's fitness center (gym), ensuring equipment is well-maintained, the area is clean and safe, and guests have a positive workout experience
* Serving as the primary point of contact for guests seeking information and recommendations on wellness programs, ensuring a personalized and supportive approach
* Facilitating and, where qualified, leading selected wellness activities, demonstrating expertise and creating an engaging atmosphere
* Meticulously coordinating schedules and logistics for all wellness offerings, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction
* Gathering and analyzing guest feedback on wellness activities to continuously enhance and innovate our program offerings
* Working closely with the spa, fitness, and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated wellness experience for guests
* Maintaining the highest standards of presentation and readiness for all wellness areas and equipment
* Championing the hotel's commitment to guest well-being, embodying a healthy and positive lifestyle
Requirements
What you bring:
* Proven experience in a wellness, fitness, or guest-facing role, preferably within luxury hospitality
* Strong knowledge and passion for various wellness disciplines (e.g., yoga, mindfulness, fitness, nutrition). Certifications in relevant fields (e.g., yoga instructor, personal trainer) are highly desirable
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate guests from diverse backgrounds
* Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian or other languages is a significant advantage
* A proactive, energetic, and empathetic approach to guest service, with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
* Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as activities demand
