PpWe are looking for an bEngineering Process Improvement Systems Manager /b who, leading a team of specialists and cross-functional teams, will be responsible for the proper implementation of engineering processes and the coordination of all optimization projects related to these processes. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing and optimizing engineering processes. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul libManagement of Engineering Processes /b: Monitor the correct and effective application and implementation of Engineering processes within the Design area. /li libOptimization of Engineering Processes /b: Analyze existing processes in the Design area and identify areas for improvement, coordinating the implementation of optimization projects and enhancing the quality of these processes, while encouraging their adoption within the function. /li libContinuous Improvement Management /b: Lead and manage continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing processes and achieving operational excellence. /li libManagement of Engineering Procedures /b: Ensure the updating of Engineering procedures and guarantee their correct application through cross-functional coordination and monitoring. /li libImprovement of Engineering Systems /b: Develop and manage, in collaboration with the IT department, solutions to improve Engineering systems in support of better performance and processes integration. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or equivalent. /li liAt least 5–7 years of experience in similar roles within the industrial sector, preferably in machinery. /li liIn-depth knowledge of Engineering processes and systems (e.g., CAD, PLM). /li liTechnical expertise and proven experience in managing tools and techniques for process optimization and continuous improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, World Class Manufacturing, etc.). /li liProject Management: Ability to manage complex end-to-end projects with cross-functional teams. /li liFluent knowledge of the English language. /li /ul h3LOCATION /h3 pSan Giovanni Teatino (CH) – Abruzzo, Italy /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
