PProject Engineer – Superyacht New Build /pp Italy | Full-time /ppbrVerifichi che le sue competenze e la sua esperienza corrispondano ai requisiti di questo ruolo, quindi si candidi con il suo CV qui sotto.br/ppWe are currently supporting a highly respected yacht management company in their search for a Project Engineer to join their team, working across complex superyacht new build projects. /ppThis is a hands-on, shipyard-based role with involvement across the full lifecycle from engineering and construction through to commissioning and sea trials. /ppbr/ppThe Role /ppYou’ll work closely with the Project Manager, acting as a key link between engineering detail, shipyard execution, and project delivery. /pp• Support day-to-day technical oversight of new build projects /pp• Monitor on-site construction progress and build quality /pp• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and system integrations /pp• Coordinate with shipyards, subcontractors, and suppliers /pp• Track technical actions, open items, and contractor deliverables /pp• Conduct inspections, QA checks, and support snagging processes /pp• Assist with commissioning, testing, and sea trials /pp• Report on progress, risks, and technical challenges /ppbr/ppWhat We’re Looking For /pp• Y2 (or equivalent) engineering qualification /pp• Previous experience as a yacht engineer (2nd Engineer or above) on 50m+ vessels /pp• Strong understanding of yacht systems (mechanical onboard) /pp• Experience working in shipyard environments xdwybme (new build or refit) /pp• Highly organised with strong attention to detail /pp• EU residency and willingness to travel within Europe /ppbr/ppWhat’s on Offer /pp• €6,000/month (depending on experience) /pp• Long-term project pipeline offering stability /pp• Accommodation provided near the shipyard /pp• Travel expenses covered /pp• Clear pathway into Project Management roles /pp• Collaborative team with strong leadership and mentorship /p
