Your role
We are looking for a CRM Intern who will support the programs that drive growth in new customer acquisition, customer retention and sales per customer, leading to improvement of customer lifetime value. Using results to drive new initiatives and providing insightful recommendations, this position plays a pivotal role in continually improving the company’s sales and marketing results.
Main responsibilities
* Support in analytics & weekly reporting on campaign performance
* Support in campaigns testing and approval process
* Align the different campaign scheduling across tools
* Support in tests and UAT for specific CRM projects
Main requirements
* Educational Background in Marketing
* Ability to collaborate with a variety of team members and levels in a matrix organization
* Strong problem‑solving skills
* Analytical skills; statistical and modeling competencies a plus
* Knowledge of catalog and/or direct marketing environment
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint, along with a general understanding of other analytical tools
