About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team in Emilia Romagna. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site.
You will diagnose system failures and determine the most cost-effective solution. Additionally, you will escalate complex issues to a higher level of technical support or quality reporting system. May develop new customer service/product agreements.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will also respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory. You will demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions.
You will communicate and listen honestly and create empathy with the customer, colleagues and collaborators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Technical Customer Support on-site assistance to hospital customers, which may occasionally occur during weekends and overnight.
* Escalate complex issues to a higher level of technical support.
* Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Italian. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred or Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma.
You must be open to travel in Emilia Romagna and have a valid driving license.
Able to work autonomously, being a team player as well.
