Sous Chef Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sous chef manager to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. They will also have a deep understanding of cooking methods and techniques, as well as knowledge of menu planning and plating.
