Join Lenovo as a Connected Business Planning AI and Business Analyst! Are you passionate about transforming financial planning through cutting‑edge AI solutions? We are looking for a dynamic and driven analyst to lead the delivery of intelligent, data-powered planning tools that shape strategic decisions across global teams.
What You Will Do
* Drive full-cycle AI use case delivery from opportunity identification to deployment.
* Act as a functional analyst for Connected Business Planning, focusing on forecasting and scenario planning.
* Collaborate with global finance and business teams to design solutions that meet user needs and improve processes.
* Align with model builders and AI delivery teams on solution design and implementation strategy.
* Develop and manage monthly sprint plans to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
* Support end‑user testing and bug resolution throughout the implementation process.
* Create and maintain detailed solution documentation.
* Ensure process transformation and efficiency improvements are embedded in solution design.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree in IT, Finance, or Management-related fields.
* Experience delivering AI solutions, preferably in financial planning.
* Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and FPA processes.
* Proven track record in business analysis, process transformation, and solution design.
* Experience with Anaplan use cases is preferred.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
* Motivated self‑starter with a desire to grow across technologies and business functions.
* Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (especially Mandarin) are a plus.

* For Slovakia only: Base gross monthly salary from 1 950 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.
