To support our continued growth and expansion in the Italian market, we are looking for a proactive and organised Service and Spare Parts Manager to strengthen our service parts operations and enhance customer support performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily service department operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and technician developmentCollaborate with factory representatives to ensure warranty procedures are correctly completed and fully compliantManage work orders, oversee the ordering of necessary spare parts, and ensure all required information is provided for work order closure and invoicing in accordance with company policiesDevelop and execute plans to achieve departmental goals in terms of accuracy, quality, and operational efficiencyMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of incoming and outgoing materials and parts in internal systemsSupport sales teams by ensuring timely availability of spare parts for customersManage and monitor returns, warranty parts, and defective components in accordance with company proceduresYour profilePrevious experience in service operations, spare parts management, or heavy equipment industryStrong understanding of service workflow, spare parts processes, and warehouse processesExperience working with ERP systems is an advantageStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detailGood Italian and English communication skills and customer-oriented mindsetStrong teamwork attitude, and ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholderWillingness to travel within Italian territory#J-18808-Ljbffr
