Orders registration in the TeamSystem Enterprise ERP;Tracking orders/controlling shipments by collaborating with the logistics department;Collaborating with the finance department on administrative support for orders and related documentation;After-sales service: Collaborating with customers and the sales department to manage complaints, returns, and credit notes;

Requirements

Professional experience in a similar position in customer service, sales, or order managementKnowledge of TeamSystem Enterprise or another comparable ERP systemFluent English written and spokenGood knowledge of Microsoft OfficeDriving license category BStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamOrganizational skills, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
