The ideal candidate will be responsible for will collaborate on order entry and management, maintaining customer relationships in the domestic market.

* Orders registration in the TeamSystem Enterprise ERP;
* Tracking orders/controlling shipments by collaborating with the logistics department;
* Collaborating with the finance department on administrative support for orders and related documentation;
* After-sales service: Collaborating with customers and the sales department to manage complaints, returns, and credit notes;
Requirements
* Professional experience in a similar position in customer service, sales, or order management
* Knowledge of TeamSystem Enterprise or another comparable ERP system
* Fluent English written and spoken
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Driving license category B
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Organizational skills, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
