Due to our continuous expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking people to join our team of Business Support that is responsible for preparation and management of proposals (i.e., work orders) within the Global Drug Development organisation. He/She will work in a qualified team and will be responsible to: - Providing support in all phases of the company’s work order process in response to requests for proposals (RFPs). The meticulous follow-through from the beginning of work order draft preparation to delivering a complete executable proposal is a key to success in this role. - Assembly the scientific team who will support the work order preparation - Organize the internal scoping meeting - Prepare high quality drafts of work orders to facilitate the technical input - Monitors the status of work order generation - Finalizes the work order by ensuring consistency between the work order document, costing tool and the request for proposal. - Performs a final check of document and finalizes the pricing table with cost breakdown agreed with Business Development (BD) - Updates the CRM record in line with the final costing/pricing - Managing of general work order-related activities and items such as ownership of the global process for the drug development proposal generation, maintenance of the relevant templates used by operational teams and update of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) database With a particular focus on the clinical area, he/she will be responsible for preparation and management of proposals (WOs) supporting clinical trial studies. The clinical proposals will include multi-site contributions across various business line and any outsourced services (including the clinical site) as a part of fully integrated service within the Global Drug Development. He/she will be also responsible for the definition (and continuous improvement) of the relevant specific steps and work order templates associated with clinical services.
