To strengthen our leadership in the region, we are seeking a Tecnico Audioprotesista for our branch in Aversa (CE), Campania. After a training and mentorship period, the candidate will have the opportunity to develop their professional skills within a stimulating and dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities
1. Greet clients, assess their needs through targeted interviews, and perform audiological tests.
2. Select, fit, adjust, check, and repair hearing aids.
3. Identify and recommend the most suitable Amplifon hearing devices to meet client needs.
4. Support clients during trial phases, usage, and maintenance of hearing aids over time.
5. Manage the entire sales process to propose the best solution based on client-specific requirements.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Audioprotesic Techniques (L/SNT03) or equivalent qualification.
* Open to both experienced professionals and recent graduates.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation skills in sales.
