Perform all operations necessary for the handling of materials, receiving and shipping of goods in accordance with the quality requirements outlined in the warehouse management procedure.
* Know and apply the provisions of the Warehouse Management Procedure, and the documents referenced therein.
* Perform goods receiving operations (unloading and unpacking) for incoming packages;
* Perform goods acceptance operations (incoming);
* Manage documentation of incoming goods;
* Provide identification, registration and storage of goods in the appropriate department/warehouse and in the company management system, depending on product coding;
* Manage the physical and managerial handling of materials, inbound, outbound and within the warehouse areas;
* Manage the preparation of material required by assembly departments (including kitting) and other company areas.
* Perform packing and shipping operations for goods including managing documentation of outgoing goods as per company procedures.
* Identify and manage any Non-Compliance for material/documentation, both incoming and outgoing;
* Participate in the physical counting of goods during warehouse inventory.
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work environments.
* Comfortable when working with deadlines
* Understanding of transportation limitations and regulations of export
* Previous experience in warehouse activities of 3 years
* Knowledge of quality assurance procedures (according to AS/EN 9100)
* Knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
* English Language (written and spoken): B2 or greater
