Job Description
Responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new hires, including monitoring onboarding timelines and tracking deadlines.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Assist in performance management processes
Arrange and handle employee engagement activities and programs.
Assist with additional HR-related tasks and administrative support as required, with specific responsibilities to be defined as needs evolve.
Work Location
Fully remote (work from home)
A stable internet connection is required
For security reasons, work must be performed from home
A company laptop will be provided; no personal equipment is required
Compensation
Monthly fee (2,300 euros)
Annual performance-based bonus
Three-month probation period (salary paid during probation)
