Key Responsibilities: Talent Management Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Develop retention strategies and career development programs. Employee Relations Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Conduct investigations into workplace issues and recommend solutions. Policy & Compliance Update and enforce HR policies in accordance with legal requirements. Maintain knowledge of employment legislation. Payroll & Benefits Administer payroll, benefits programs, and compensation structures. Conduct market salary benchmarking. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives. HR Analytics Analyze HR metrics (turnover, hiring costs, employee engagement) to inform decisions. Prepare reports for senior management. Culture & Engagement Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification is preferred. Experience: Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience. Experience in the pharmaceutical equipment or manufacturing industry is preferred. Experience working in multiple European countries (Italy, Germany, UK, France, etc.) is preferred. Skills: Proficiency in English or Chinese. Expertise in HRIS and MS Office. Strong result-oriented mindset. Knowledge of employment law and compliance.
