About our Wine Team We are seeking a highly skilled Sommelier to join our team at Fáula Restaurant. Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for wine and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional service to our guests. * Update the wine list together with the Maître and Beverage Consultant/F&B Manager. * Recommend wine pairings and serve wines at the correct temperature with appropriate glassware. * Manage and maintain the wine cellar, ensuring full availability and accurate list updates. Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: * A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end restaurants as a Sommelier or in a similar role. * Proven experience working with strong wine knowledge and passion (AIS/WSET preferred). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and management staff.
