Mission
The Group HR Manager will be responsible for defining, implementing, and coordinating the HR strategy across all entities of La Pizzeria – PizzaSi Group.
The role requires building a modern, scalable HR system capable of supporting international growth and integrating production and commercial functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy and Governance
· Define and implement the Group HR Strategy, aligned with industrial and organizational goals.
· Coordinate HR operations across countries, ensuring legal and cultural consistency.
· Standardize recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training, and development processes.
· Introduce job descriptions, performance reviews, and career development frameworks.
· Support management in organization design, reporting lines.
2. Administration, Compliance and Industrial Relations
· Supervise HR administration, payroll, and contracts with local consultants.
· Ensure compliance with labor law in all operating countries.
· Guarantee fairness and transparency in disciplinary actions.
3. Welfare, Training, and Company Culture
· Develop and roll out welfare, benefits, and retention policies.
· Promote a performance oriented, collaborative, and inclusive culture.
· Coordinate learning and development programs for management and staff.
4. HR–Finance Interaction
The interaction between HR and Finance is a core part of the position.
The HR Manager will:
· Partner with the CFO and Finance Department to plan, monitor, and control personnel costs (headcount, salaries, bonuses, benefits, social charges).
· Maintain and update a personnel cost map by cost center, site, and company.
· Support the Finance team in preparing the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for HR related costs.
· Ensure alignment between HR data and management accounting.
· Validate new hires, salary changes, and incentive plans within budget limits.
· Codesign MBO and variable compensation plans, ensuring fairness and sustainability.
5. Systems and Tools
· Integrate HR data flows with the ERP and BI systems.
· Produce periodic HR reports: headcount, cost per FTE, absenteeism, turnover, productivity (together with finance department)
6. International Support
· Act as HR business partner to Country Managers for local HR needs.
· Manage mobility, relocation, and compliance for international staff.
Requirements
· 7–10 years' experience in HR management roles, ideally in industrial or food manufacturing settings.
· Strong understanding of labor law and ideally international HR practices.
· Solid experience in HR budgeting.
· Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to structure processes in growing companies.
· Fluency in Italian and English required.
