Junior Consultant Financial Services Risk Management

Prometeia offers you growth and training opportunities within a Group with over 1,000 professionals working with more than 500 clients in 20 countries worldwide. We are looking for Consultants who will support the project manager and will join work teams specializing in risk management, operating on consulting projects for Italian and international financial intermediaries.

MAIN TASKS
* Support in the identification of the most appropriate KPIs for measuring and monitoring the institution's profitability and risk exposure/position
* Analyze the Intermediary’s risk position with techniques of Asset & Liability Management to support strategic and operational decision-making and the optimization of the risk profile (Interest Rate & Liquidity Risk)
* Support the Intermediary in Processes based on balance sheet & risk forecasting methodology, both Regulatory (ICAAP, Recovery Plan, and Stress Test Analysis) and managerial (Strategic Planning, Budget, and Capital Allocation)
TRAINING
* Master's degree in economics/finance, statistics, or engineering
* Preferred knowledge of econometrics
* Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus
* Fluency in English (B2 or higher is preferred)
* The knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.

* Excellent verbal and written presentation skills;

TRAINING

On-the-job training is also important, as it provides immediate and direct exposure to the market.
