Role Overview:
* You will be responsible for executing sales and commercial initiatives for IT Channel and Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) Partners, resellers, and distributors. This involves working closely with direct Sales Teams, Regional, and Global Channel Teams to ensure profitable alignment and success of all initiatives.
* Enable sales growth by implementing indirect sales strategies for IT Channel Accounts and E&M Partners in the assigned territory.
* Direct and develop talents and engagement within the Country Indirect Team.
* Recruit, develop, enable, and manage IT Channel and E&M partners in the country.
* Deploy and execute Global and Regional Channel Team sales strategies, developing channel programs and sales plans for optimal performance and growth.
* Coach and develop channel partners to adopt Vertiv's sales strategies and methodologies.
* Co-sell with partners to achieve higher-value transactions and revenue targets.
* Collaborate with country direct sales, marketing, and product management to facilitate new initiatives, offerings, and sales opportunities.
* Develop and execute joint business plans with partners.
* Prospect new client opportunities and channel partners.
* Manage reviews and reporting, including pipeline reviews, territory planning, and forecasting of sales activities.
* Lead the local team to maintain accurate records of partner activity in CRM.
* Ensure a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed channel sales targets.
Qualifications:
* 15+ years of related channel or enterprise sales industry experience.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, with relevant local or regional experience.
* Demonstrated experience managing and leading high-performing teams and partners.
* Thorough knowledge of solutions, technology, and product offerings in the industry.
* Deep understanding of Data Centre and Edge infrastructure space.
* Successful experience in designing and executing channel programs, indirect go-to-market strategies, and channel sales organizations.
* Experience in driving business through evolving partner ecosystems.
