We are looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join the team of a prestigious 5-star hotel in Doha. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth service flow Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory control Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally Ensure compliance with hotel procedures and service standards Requirements Previous experience as Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender in a 5-star hotel Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations Leadership and team management skills Excellent guest service and communication abilities Fluent English (mandatory) Well-groomed and professional appearance Package &, Benefits Salary: 4,000 QAR net per month Accommodation: Single Room in Staff Housing Working hours: 8 hours per day 1-hour break Days off: Alternating schedule (2 days off one week / 1 day off the next) Annual Leave: 18 days Public Holidays: 11 days Birthday Leave: 1 day Meals, transportation, and uniform provided
