For each of the positions, you will be expected to: /p h3Buffet Captain /h3 ul liSet up the prep area and all equipment needed to prep vegetables for the make table. /li liAccurately prep all vegetables for the make table, making back-ups, rotating and storing all prepped items. /li liCheck the Pull/Thaw Chart and rotate foods out of the freezer into the walk-in that are needed. /li liCheck Make Table Prep Chart and ready the make table or today\'s sales - prepping all meats. /li liMaintain a clean and fresh buffet with plenty of variety /li liLabel, store and rotate products correctly on buffet /li liMaintains buffet bar cleanliness and organization /li /ul h3Cut Pack /h3 ul liFollows “clean as you go” policy /li liHas sampled all products and can describe products /li liCan identify product abbreviations, plate presentations, product descriptions, and key ingredients for all products /li liCut and Pack all Dine Inn orders, buffet, and delivery /li liCan explain importance of minimizing waste and Food Cost /li liCompletes side work duties /li liOpens and closes station correctly (open, mid-shift, close) /li liKnows additional responsibilities during slow times and mid-lunch dinner /li /ul h3Pizza Maker /h3 ul liUnderstands all Portion Control Charts, full and add portions /li liMakes all Specialty Pizzas correctly /li liUses scales for all portioning /li liKnows all product abbreviations, can read guest checks and/or POS monitors /li liFollows Buffet Rotation Chart /li liFollows correct baking procedures /li liProduces consistent products /li liKnows and prepares all specialty items /li liKnows Shelf Life of products and/or where to locate /li liFIFO, flip and fill and restocking products /li liPrep/label item correctly /li liCan explain importance of minimizing waste and Food Cost /li liCompletes side work duties /li liOpens and closes station correctly /li /ul h3Dough Maker /h3 ul liKnows dough quality and discard/alerts manager of issues /li liUnderstands proper procedure for making all dough types /li liUnderstands post mix preps /li liKnows proper weights of all dough /li liUnderstands how to read par charts /li liLabels all dough properly /li liProduces consistent products /li liDemonstrates sense of urgency /li liKnows Shelf Life of products and/or where to locate /li liCompletes side work duties /li liOpens and closes station correctly /li liIs able to explain the importance of having a correct post mix temperature /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 p$10.00 per hour /p h3Job Details /h3 ul liSeniority level: Entry level /li liEmployment type: Part-time /li liJob function: Management and Manufacturing /li liIndustries: Restaurants /li /ul h3EEO Statement /h3 pWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. /p pSouthern Pizza Company dba Pizza Inn is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
