Your actions will have direct impact on multiple teams, product owners, stakeholders, management, and the product itself. You will operate with full /p pautonomy, reading each team's context and maturity to decide how and when to intervene by coaching, facilitating, challenging, or stepping back, as the moment requires. /p h3What You'll Do: /h3 ul liOwn the Scrum/Kanban practice across multiple teams: facilitate meetings, remove impediments, resolve conflicts. /li liKeep processes transparent, lean, and efficient. /li liMaintain high focus on team metrics. /li liCoach teams on Agile values and help them improve how they work, not just what they deliver. /li liDefine and track meaningful KPIs that give teams and stakeholders a clear, honest picture of progress. /li liIdentify friction across teams and the broader organization, and take initiative to address it. /li liBuild strong, collaborative relationships with engineering teams, product owners, and leadership. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For: /h3 ul liProven hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master on real products, with real users and real stakeholders, including the hard moments: missed goals, conflicting priorities, difficult conversations. /li liDeep understanding of Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to apply analytical thinking to team dynamics and workflow optimization. /li liA natural leader who operates with high autonomy: self‑directed, self‑managed, and accountable without needing external pressure. /li liStrong intrinsic motivation and a relentless drive to learn, experiment, and share what you observe. /li liExceptional attention to detail: in process, in communication, in the data you use to coach. /li liOutstanding communication skills: clear, direct, and able to adapt your message to engineers, product owners, and senior stakeholders alike. /li liA track record of influencing without authority and being the kind of person teams genuinely look to for direction. /li liProficiency in both Italian and English. /li /ul h3What We Offer: /h3 ul liFlexible working hours where you can start between 8:00 and 10:00 and flexible working policy (3 days a week from home, 2 days a week in the office). /li liModern office in an old coffee factory where you can work together in teams but also connect with your colleagues.
