Your task
As the disciplinary lead next to the functional leads, you will empower and develop employees for self-responsibility and self-organization. You will support in the change process to grow into the new roles by clear demarcation of responsibilities and close/transparent communication. The disciplinary management (salary, promotion, leave of absence, evaluation, etc.), including administrative activities and consideration of the employment law framework will also be part of your tasks.
Your contribution
You will play a vital role in shaping the future international Customer Care matrix structure and make that successful.
Your environment
Customer Care Management is an international matrix organization in which you will work together with colleagues from France, Germany, Italy and Poland. Your disciplinary responsibility will be focused on the local employees.
