Position: Test Pack Coordinator

About the Company:
For an international EPC contractor and recognized leader in the construction of a large-scale Oil & Gas projects, we are looking to hire a Test Pack Coordinator to support a major project in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
What you will do:
* Manage the full Test Pack workflow, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with project procedures.
* Review and validate Test Packs prepared by the Contractor before submission.
* Coordinate system walkthroughs, field verifications, and punch list management activities.
* Supervise hydrotest and reinstatement activities performed by Subcontractors.
* Monitor mechanical completion status and support completion & turnover processes.
* Provide structured reports on progress, dossier status, and system readiness to the Pre-Commissioning Manager.
* Ensure alignment between site execution and documentation requirements.
Requirements:
* Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within international Oil & Gas or petrochemical projects.
* Strong knowledge of piping codes and standards (ASME B31.3, PED, valve codes) as well as pressure testing, mechanical completion, and system turnover.
* Proven experience in preparation of test packs, method statements, procedures, P&ID and similar.
* Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query) for data management and reporting.
* Familiarity with digital systems for punch list and quality documentation management.
* Strong operational leadership and site coordination capabilities.
* Good command of English at least at B1 level, preferably B2, Italian is considered a plus.

* This position requires relocation to the construction site in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and its rotation based.
