Experteer OverviewIn this role, you support Bid Managers and Project Managers to deliver compliant bids and manage contracts across countries. You help optimize bids for cash and margin while meeting customer expectations and EHS requirements. You work with cross-functional teams to coordinate documentation, analyses, and KPI reporting, shaping efficient bid and project execution. This position sits at the intersection of commercial and technical delivery, enabling sustainable mobility solutions. - Support Bid Managers to lead and secure timely, approved bid deliveries with input from Procurement and Technical/Operational teams
- Coordinate multiple parallel bid processes across different countries
- Coordinate internal documents, inputs for calculation and benchmark analysis
- Analyze, track and report bid preparation budgets and KPIs
- Coordinate tender clause-by-clause and technical offer preparation
- Assist in preparation of quarterly bid KPIs and reporting
- Support Project Managers in defining and implementing contract management and claims prevention policies
- Assist in managing running contracts in diverse countries to share knowledge and improve project efficiency
Responsibilities
- Cross-functional experience
- Ability to deliver bid/project tasks on time, to quality and cost constraints
- Solid understanding of Alstom governance procedures
- Good technical understanding of complex systems and products
- Knowledge of financial processes in long-term projects (costing, cash curve, hedging, contractual aspects)
- Strong and transparent communication skills
- Proactive with good anticipation
- Excellent English; other languages are a plus
- University degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent
