Senior Manager - Mechatronics Solutions Leader
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of experts in Mechatronics solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large cross-functional teams and driving innovation across various aspects of Mechatronics and Packaging.
The successful candidate will partner with internal customers to ensure the installed solutions realize full performance and entitlements through process analysis, compliance, and reporting. They will also build a team of maintenance, operation, and process experts who support product owners in life cycle management of MSP technologies.
This leader will troubleshoot integration constraints that hinder availability, quality, and performance of MSP solutions. They will drive compliance by maximizing asset utilization, balancing flows, and driving process integration. Additionally, they will participate in product testing in the field to increase utilization and reliability of field solutions.
The ideal candidate will have broad experience and exposure across multiple stakeholders and deep skills in complex integration, which include a high degree of ambiguity. They will work successfully across multiple large engineering and operations teams at a strategic level and drive maintenance, asset utilization, and performance across all our products.

A strong background in logistics, operations, maintenance, and process integration is necessary for this role. The ability to communicate effectively with team members, operations, and management is also crucial.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (BS) and proven experience leading or managing large cross-functional teams with maintenance, testing, operation, and process integration expertise.
This leader will maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies. Global alignment with the NA counterparts ensuring a WW MSP support vision is also a key requirement for this role.
