As our Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the hotel during nighttime hours, acting as both the guardian of the guest experience and the key link between daily operations and financial integrity.
This position combines hospitality excellence with meticulous attention to detail, balancing front‑of‑house guest interactions with essential accounting and reporting responsibilities.

The role involves managing and coordinating daily operational activities, supervising the team and supporting the development of staff competencies, and using the Opera PMS for the management of reservations, hotel operations, and reporting.
The position requires the application of effective management techniques to organize workflows and monitor performance, as well as maintaining clear, consistent, and effective communication with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate demonstrates full proficiency in both Italian and English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong team-oriented approach, advanced and autonomous use of the Opera PMS, and solid mastery of management techniques, including planning, resource coordination, and problem-solving.
