Skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should:
* Operate and monitor manufacturing CNC machinery, and assembly production line, ensuring optimal performance and safety
* Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of equipment as directed
* Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications
* Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to senior operators or Manager
* Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations
* Other projects and duties as assigned
Required and Preferred Qualification
* High school diploma Mechatronic or first level Engineer Mechanical/Mechatronic
* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
* Ability to read/understand Mechanical and/or Electronic/Eectrical schemes and drawings
* Common Instruments measurement basic knowledge
* 1-2 years previous experience in a manufacturing environment
* Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing setting
* Basic troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
* Print circuit board (PCB) and electronic welding parts
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
* Proficiency in operating standard manufacturing equipment
* Familiarity with basic computer applications for documentation and reporting
* Understanding of quality control processes and methodologies
* CAD/Solid Works knowledge will be a plus
