Main activities
1. Manage ISO certifications and internal and external audits;
2. Carry out analyzes and reports on quality/non-quality trends;
3. Manage daily relationships and communication with customers following technical discussions with the Quality Manager (Product) Italy;
4. Implement and update quality procedures;
5. Manage and send quality documentation to customers;
6. Supervise the effectiveness of the procedures in order to ensure the necessary quality;
7. Once the complaint has been analyzed, manage communication with the customer;
8. In the case of complaints to suppliers, manage the documentary part.
Requirements
Fundamentals/Must haves
· Experience (2-3 years) in quality documentation management, preferably in an engineering environment;
· Knowledge of quality regulations, including ISO 9001 and other relevant ones;
· Excellent organizational and time management skills;
· Advanced level knowledge of the English language;
· Ability to work independently and manage complex projects;
· Domicile near the provinces of the 2 factories, Pavia or Brescia.
Preferential/Nice to have
· Knowledge of the French language;
· Technical diploma/degree.

CCNL Metalworker, Employee, RAL €40,000-45,000.
