Job Purpose The Business Development Manager Europe South is responsible for leading the commercial strategy in the Southern Region of Europe (FR, IT, ESP, PT, CH) to drive profitable growth. Key areas include leading formulation and execution of the sales & marketing strategy, identifying target segments, defining solutions and creating clear Sales & marketing plans towards targeted customers
Responsibilities Responsible for formulation & execution of the sales & marketing strategy for the Europe South in alignment with Europe and Nanofilm global strategies, to drive profitable growth of the segment. Strategy / Market Research: leading market analysis including defining market size, segmentation, application groups, defining market/ customer needs for the Europe South market. Creating clear focus areas in terms of which sub segments and application groups to focus. Manage strategic sales initiatives for developing Europe South area including target customers, application groups & solutions. Customer acquisition: drive customer acquisition via prospecting and working closely with targeted customers in relevant segments / application groups. Drive opportunity pipeline by offering differentiated solutions with unique technologies with superior quality and on time delivery.
