JOB DESCRIPTIONField Technical Engineer CRM (Calabria - Lazio e Campania)Section 1: PURPOSE OF THE JOBThe incumbent is responsible for the promotion of Abbott CRM Product lines through professional and technical support to both medical and sales personnel.This position is additionally responsible for ensuring that all questions of a technical nature from the field or internal sources are answered in an expeditious manner and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott.This position’s primary function is to attend implants, follow-ups and support any issues related to high voltage and low voltage stimulation devices.Section 2: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESProvide technical support and assistance over the whole national territory to the sales force and physicians (implants and follow ups)Perform product presentations and training on products utilization to customersSupport physicians during the enrolment and follow up phase of clinical studiesProvide support to Regional Sales Managers, FTE Coordinator and Clinical Department for any additional tasks and projectsBe proactive in taking Abbott solution-oriented approach to customersPromptly communicate feedback/info on supported implants/proceduresPerform booth duty when requiredEnsure all Abbott standing Quality Procedures are followedSection 3: EDUCATION & COMPETENCIESDegree in Engineering or equivalentGood Knowledge of English and Italian, both written and verbalGood knowledge of MS OfficePreferable 1/2 years in similar activities (technical support)Interpersonal skillsTeamworkInitiativeStress resistanceGood communication
