Experteer OverviewIn this role you will manage IT services and offerings using ServiceNow CSDM, collaborating with Service Owners and Managers to shape high-level requirements. You will create and refine service pricing rules and related catalog interactions. You will produce customer reports and dashboards in Power BI to provide visibility for CTOs and customers, and monitor service performance through SLAs and OLAs.
