Job Description
We are currently seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy. The Senior IT Business Analyst – Operations acts as a key interface between Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT. The role is responsible for translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring that enterprise applications supporting operations are effectively designed, integrated, and continuously improved.
What kind of work will you be doing?
Act as a trusted partner to Operations stakeholders (Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Inventory, Quality) to understand business needs and translate them into IT solutions.
Analyze, design, and document end-to-end business processes across:
Demand & Supply Planning
Inventory Management
Manufacturing & Shop Floor Execution
Inbound and Outbound Logistics
Basic Quality Management processes
Lead functional analysis activities for ERP-based operations processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global standards.
Support the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of:
Advanced Planning Systems (APS) and their integration with ERP and downstream systems
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and their integration with ERP
Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and their integration with ERP and shop floo
