This role involves partner onboarding, ensuring seamless delivery of online learning experience, partner management, training, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and driving operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation: Lead the end-to-end delivery and monitoring of online learning experience for partners.Process design: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in delivery workflows by implementing standardised procedures across the sales, partner management and internal teamsAccount Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners. Act as a primary liaison between Allen Digital and partner organisations.Performance analytics: Track student engagement, performance and feedback to improve learning outcomes. Provide regular reports to key metrics to partners.Collaboration: Work closely with academics, operations, product and sales teams to build systems addressing partner-specific needsTraining Support: Design and implement training programs to empower partnersFeedback Insights: Provide detailed insights and recommendations to improve academic program performance. Identify and promote best practices to elevate performance.People management: Build and supervise team members, ensuring high performance and delivery of business goalsQualification Skills6+ years of experience in partner management or customer success rolesStrong communication, collaboration and relationship-building skillsAnalytical mindset to monitor performance and success metricsHands-on attitude and ownership mentalityExperience with process design and project management in a startup environmentPrior experience working with product, tech and ops to resolve customer issuesLocation: Bengaluru, with travel to partner location as required
