Key Responsibilities Take room service orders over the phone. Answer questions on menu selections, and communicate relevant information to the kitchen staff. Place and log call back for room service order. Notify guests and management of delays in service delivery. Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order. Complete all closing reports, including MICROS reports. Process all payment methods. Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beveragesComplete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc. Present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment. Qualifications Previous experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; High proficiency in English and Italian.
