About the Role
Accounting Manager oversees financial reporting and accounting operations for Bali Management Villas. You will ensure compliance, accuracy, and transparency across hundreds of managed properties.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the accounting team and daily operations.
* Prepare monthly financial statements and owner reports.
* Manage cash flow, expense tracking, and budgeting.
* Coordinate with auditors, legal, and management for accurate reporting.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality or property management accounting.
* Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
* High attention to detail and reliability.
