Could you be the full-time Test & Commissioning Team Leader in Bologna, Rome, Firenze or Bari we’re looking for?
Responsibilities
* You’ll report to the Test & Commissioning Group Manager, and work alongside passionate, motivated and enthusiastic teammates.
* The Team Leader is responsible for implementing strategies that team members use to achieve a goal, delegating tasks based on each member\'s strengths and skills.
* The duties of a team leader also involve providing direction, coaching the team members and resolving conflicts.
* Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (particularly T&C Engineers / Technicians and subcontractors)
* Taking care of delivering the committed performance in terms of Quality, Costs and Deadlines;
* Managing testing activities on several railway signalling projects on SCMT-CTC technologies, ensuring defects identification and correction;
* Checking the compliancy with Alstom HR and EHS policies, local standards and regulations;
* Make return of experience with regards to non-conformity observed during the commissioning phase.
