Responsibilities : Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Frame Agreements (FA) sales and strategy: In collaboration with the Service Manager and the sales team, is responsible for the sales strategy implementation of SLA and FA, supporting the harmonization with suppliers, the relationship with the customers at different levels in order to maximize the order volume. Collaboration with global product management for developing locally the new digital portfolio and advanced service value proposition is also part of the required activities. Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Frame Agreements (FA) execution delivery: in collaboration with the service manager and the service execution team, responsible for coordinating the planning and procedures of the project execution in order to maintain the on-time contractual delivery and the perceived quality. Reports and KPIs analysis, including delivery time, financial KPIs (OR intake, Rev, Ebitda), quality indexes (OTD, TNPS) as well as installed base data management Long term Warranty Projects coordination: Support the Service management team in managing the long warranty contracts, being responsible for the warranty project performances (financial KPIs, workload). Coordinate and support the execution team in order to properly address the customer needs. Suppliers relationship: coordinate the execution team and keeping track on the suppliers obligations and performance for the warranty topics. Stakeholder relations: Acts as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for related issues. Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders. Health, safety and environment (HSE): Ensures that all the activities follow and complie with company health, safety, and environmental policies. Your background Electrical, Energy, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering; Three years of relevant work experience; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Good analytical skills, work organization, multitasking; Excellent ability to work in a team and problem solving; Good knowledge of written / spoken English and Italian; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
