Ph3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liConstruct and simulate financial models and provide analysis, budget, ROI calculation etc. to support business plans/cases /li liDesign a global reporting architecture regarding countries, customer cost centres and contracts /li liDefine and implement standard work processes for budgeting and reporting to drive efficiency with a constant focus on finance process improvements and simplifications /li liConstruct and simulate financial models and provide analysis, budget, ROI calculation etc. to support decision making process /li liConstant monitoring of KPIs and provision of insights of the cost structure, and performance regarding SLAs /li liSupport overall business growth and advise the management regarding business key drivers, with special projects, ad hoc reporting etc. /li liPerform detailed analysis of financial results against forecasts and prior periods, raising early warning signals highlighting business risks based on trend and leading indicators /li liMonitor actual costs against the pre-determined budget and implement restrictive measures if necessary /li liTake all appropriate actions to ensure 100% compliance with various GAAP and company financial policies /li /ul h3YOUR QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in economics, with focus in accounting and finance /li liPrevious work experience in controlling, ideally in an international matrix company /li liProfound knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting processes, and reporting /li liStrong business analytical skills, data interpretation and a high level of attention to detail /li liExperience with financial software, such as SAP, MS Office (esp.
