In this role, you’ll support employees and managers across all stages of the employee lifecycle, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help shape a positive workplace culture. /p h3About the Role /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liFocal point for employee life-cycle management, from hiring to offboarding /li liManaging the recruitment process, including recruiting, pre-selection and conducting interviews /li liDrafting employment contracts, certificates, and reference letters /li liImplementing and enforcing HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance and promote an inclusive work environment /li liSupporting and coordinating corporate sustainability initiatives in alignment with ESG goals /li liManaging and optimizing HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency /li liMonitoring and tracking employee competencies and skills, organizing internal and external training programs, collaborating in the creation of e-learning modules /li liSupporting HR team in employer branding initiatives and internal communication activities /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree in one of the following fields: HR Management, Economics and Business Administration, Law. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liThe ideal candidate combines strong academic background with a passion for HR and people development. /li liAt least 3 years of proven experience in HR roles within industrial or manufacturing environments /li liStrong IT Skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
