The individual should be dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Effective communication and collaboration with managers, along with proactive problem-solving, are essential for success in this role. /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3ulliEfficient Execution of Activities: Ensure that all assigned activities are executed efficiently, meeting project goals. Maintain compliance with Occupational, Health, Safety, Environment and Social (OHSES) protection, RINA Quality Management System (QMS), and OHSES Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines. Ensure proper non-conformity detection and recording, as well as relevant corrective actions. Oversee all aspects of a construction project, especially managing and monitoring daily operations. /liliSupport the direct Manager/Site Manager in identifying scope changes in a timely manner. /liliSafety Measures: Advise the direct Site Operations Managers and Customer Site Manager on additional safety measures necessary to improve work methods. Support and participate in the organization\'s environmental and safety program, conforming to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SA8000 requirements. Perform tasks in compliance with the RINA QOHSES System. /liliCommunication and Reporting: Communicate problems with field work to Site Operation Managers and Customer Site Manager. Assist Customer Site Manager in resolving issues promptly. Report any accidents and near-misses to the Site Manager and to the RINA OHSE team through the proper channels (align with established accident protocol). /liliJob Scheduling and Performance: Communicate with the direct Site Operations Manager regarding job schedules. Report performance issues and work collaboratively to address challenges. /liliScope of Work Changes: Assist the Site Operations Manager in identifying changes to the scope of work promptly and ensure timely communication and documentation of scope changes. /liliCoordination with Managers: Collaborate with the responsible department managers regarding equipment problems. Provide input to facilitate effective decision-making.
