The Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist fluent in French to join our team Customer Success team in Rome. In this role you will be a strategic partner for our clients, guiding them through their digital transformation. You will ensure our partners across France and international markets get the most value out of Octorate.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring optimal platform configuration.
* Provide expert assistance via chat, email, and phone, focusing on French-speaking markets.
* Act as a consultant to help clients maximize direct bookings through Octorate.
* Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the Product team to report bugs or suggest platform enhancements.
* Maintain and update help center documentation and internal knowledge bases in French.
* Support training sessions and periodic business reviews with key accounts.
Requirements
* Language Skills: Native or C1 minimum fluency in French (written and spoken). Professional proficiency in Italian and English is also required.
* Location & Flexibility: Availability to work in a hybrid setup, with a physical presence at our Rome office (Via Filippo Caruso, 23).
* Experience: 1–3 years of experience in the Hospitality sector (Hotels, Property Management, or Travel Tech/SaaS).
