Job Purpose
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join the Knorr team and help drive growth and execution excellence across our cooking aids category. Knorr is one of the world's most loved food brands, with a strong heritage and a clear mission: making everyday meals tastier, more nutritious and sustainable. In this role, you will play a key part in translating brand and category strategies into winning in-store and customer plans. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute trade marketing strategies for Knorr's cooking aids, in line with brand and business priorities.
Translate brand positioning into effective in-store activation, promotional plans and visibility initiatives.
Lead the development of customer-specific plans, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain.
Analyse market, shopper, and performance data to identify insights and optimise trade investments.
Manage the end-to-end execution of promotions, launches, and activation campaigns.
Monitor KPIs, ROI, and post-promotion performance, providing actionable recommendations.
Required Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Sales within FMCG.
Strong understanding of retail dynamics, promotions, and shopper marketing.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear actions.
Pro‐activity and detail orientation – keen and curious to know what the root cause of an issue.
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Passion for food brands and consumer‐centric thinking.
Ownership and ability to manage projects end to end.
Experience working in fast‐paced environments (FMCGs, retailers, etc.)
