Role Description
The role is responsible for the accounting and both ordinary and extraordinary planning of the Warehouse. It interfaces with all internal and external business groups for resolving issues related to inbound and outbound product deliveries and supports the Site Manager in the operational management of the site. Acts as the key user of ERP systems for the Cusago site.
Works in compliance with regulations (e.g., Law 231/2001, Legislative Decree 152/2006, Legislative Decree 81/2008, and 105/2015), procedures, and instructions regarding Safety, Environment, and Quality. Ensures compliance with group policies.
Main Responsibilities and Activities

Manages all ordinary and extraordinary site activities in SAP;

Handles warehouse stock entries;
:
Supports the Logistics Office and Warehouse in resolving issues related to inbound deliveries (e.g., damaged, incorrect, missing goods, incorrect expiry dates, etc.), product storage, and outbound deliveries (e.g., failed assignments, product swaps, incomplete documentation, missing shipments, shipment cancellations, etc.), and tracks all issues by requesting the opening of Non:Conformities with the relevant departments;

Supports and assists the Site Manager in the operational management of site activities;

Assists the Site Manager in inventory processes, cycle counts, and stock quality management;

Supports the Site Manager in managing, analyzing, and resolving warehouse Non:Conformities;
:
Interfaces with other company departments for managing obsolete products, customer and supplier returns, and potential recovery (excluding packaging);
:
Controls and creates processing recipes in SAP based on input from Product Marketing regarding warehouse activities;

Interfaces with IT for reporting and managing anomalies, opening and resolving tickets, training, and executing projects related to the use of management systems within the site;

As a data processing appointee, is authorized to perform data processing operations within the scope of their activities and limited to those defined by their role, following the instructions provided by the data controller;

Complies with group Safety, Environment, and Quality policies, use of PPE, the security plan, and ADR and UNI regulations;

In case of emergency, acts according to the sites Internal Emergency Plan (PEI) for their role.

Degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial) or Economics or related fields;
