Inside Sales Director
PeoItaly is seeking a seasoned Inside Sales Manager to drive business growth through strategic lead generation and client engagement. This key role will develop and execute sales strategies, qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop inside sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads and understand client needs in recruitment and HR services
* Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools for timely follow-ups and data accuracy
* Conduct discovery calls and online meetings with potential clients presenting solutions
* Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
* Provide market feedback and insights to support service development and client experience
* Monitor sales KPIs and prepare regular reports for leadership
* Mentor team members as the inside sales team grows
What We're Looking For
* 3-5+ years of inside sales experience preferably in B2B services or the HR/recruitment sector
* Strong understanding of the HR services landscape in Italy and/or internationally
* Excellent communication and consultative selling skills fluent in Italian and English
* Results-driven with a proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Experience using CRM software e.g. HubSpot Salesforce and sales automation tools
* A natural team player who loves solving client problems and closing deals
