About the role Conduct regular auditing field activities;Manage relationships with clients and implement an approach of total customer focus;Carry out work efficiently and competently for DNV as required by instructions, Quality System, and formal agreements;Ensure that the independent nature of the DNV scheme is maintained at all times;Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or other relevant registration, which qualifies you as a Lead Auditor;Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow-up as necessary within agreed timeframes and budgets;Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate competence in core areas;Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel;Contribute to a positive work environment and maintain high morale;Work effectively as part of a team, supporting professional development and timely review completion;Maintain effective communication with management, audit team members, and client stakeholders;Use production tools correctly for auditing activities and data management to ensure proper certification processes.The role also includes supporting project management with back-office tasks such as:
Promptly contacting customers to confirm planned activities.About you Position Qualifications Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor in ICT sector-related schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC, ISO 22301, eIDAS);Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills;Ability to build strong relationships with customers;Ability to coordinate and manage an audit team;Proven attitude towards auditing, including flexibility, mobility, working under pressure, respecting deadlines, and client relations;Fluent in Italian and proficient in English;Proficiency with basic software programs and IT tools;Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
