Ph3Overview /h3pbProduction CCR Supervisor /bbr/Start Date: October/November • Duration: 12 months (renewable) • Location: Milan, Italy • Status: Residential /ppSERVICE PURPOSE: Supervise and manage all Panel Operator activities within the Central Control Room of the LNG Plant, ensuring alignment of field and control room activities, initiating and carrying out steps to improve plant optimization, in order to ensure continuous, safe and efficient operations to achieve LNG production targets. /ph3HSE RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliAdhere to HSE and Company policies, Confidentiality, Compliance needs and Procedures. /liliPromote continuously safety culture. /liliWork safely, avoid incident or dangerous situations, contribute toward continual HSE improvement, demonstrate safety behaviour for self and others. /liliAttend mandatory HSE trainings, refresher/expired trainings and apply them on site; ensure team and vendor compliance. /liliSupport to maintain and continually improve ISO 14001 Environment Management System requirements and other management initiatives. /li /ulh3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3pDuring Engineering phase: /pulliReview engineering documents and ensure they are coherent and in line with Company expectations. /liliDevelop and write production procedures. /liliParticipate in defining start-up sequence, considering flare emissions reduction. /liliParticipate in Hazop and engineering reviews, DCS FATs, reduction of alarms. /liliDevelop and implement production processes (PTW, inhibitions, downgraded situations, safety tours, logs, Simops). /liliDevelop the list of production tools. /liliImplement digital solutions (digital twin, PI). /liliRecruit and train production staff, especially Mozambicans. /li /ulpDuring Operation phase: /pulliEnsure safety of personnel, environmental protection, and technical integrity of equipment in his domain; implement HSE rules and follow procedures. /liliMaintain good housekeeping of CCR, offices, kitchen; ensure a clean and safe working environment, proper storage of equipment. /liliOccasionally participate in near misses analyses, HAZOPs, technical reviews, risk assessment, safety audits, RCA, incident analyses. /liliRecord all downgraded situations formally. /liliPerform the role defined by the Company Work Permit System and SIMOPS management plans. /liliVerify that panel operators are aware of plant status and ongoing site activities through strict PTW follow-up; ensure clear communication at PTW opening/closing between panel operators and field operators. /liliPerform the role defined by the Company Emergency Response Plan. /liliMonitor and control plant production parameters to achieve production targets. /liliMonitor controller set points, correct according to recommended values, and report deviations to Day and Shift Superintendents. /liliPerform risk assessments for inhibitions and manage all inhibitions of plant safety devices to safely return them to normal. /liliGuide and assist panel operators during critical phases such as start-up, shutdown, troubleshooting, and emergencies. /liliProvide full coverage for Trains, Utility/SL and Subsea panel operators during absences. /liliContribute to plant production optimization to improve cost-efficiency with minimum resources. /liliEnsure HSE dossier is regularly audited and updated; record valve stroke tests for SDV/ESDV/BDV as planned or opportunity-based, in coordination with process and utilities teams. /liliParticipate in troubleshooting plant upsets and trips; analyze root causes through alarm/event logs, SLD, etc., to facilitate smooth operation. /liliParticipate in alarm reduction initiatives to reduce alarm count and assist Panel Operators. /liliLog main events and perform shift handover. /liliLead and develop the Production Central Control Room team; train/mentor future panel operators in DCS and ICSS. /liliUndertake training and development; assess progress; set annual objectives for subordinates and conduct end-of-year appraisals. /li /ulh3TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS /h3ulliExcellent knowledge of DCS panel operations. /liliExcellent knowledge of Safety Shut down systems (ESD, ESD1, ESD2, EDP1, EDP2 and associated safety) and safety logic. /liliExcellent knowledge of oil gas / LNG production processes and methods. /liliExcellent knowledge of natural gas treatment, LNG production activities, Storage Loading and Utilities operations. /liliExcellent ability to troubleshoot process problems and upsets. /liliExcellent knowledge of HSE and Environment Management systems. /liliExcellent knowledge of PTW system in Oil Gas Industry. /liliHigh knowledge of Emergency Response systems and handling plant emergencies. /liliGood knowledge of computer Windows office applications. /liliHigh command of written and spoken English. /li /ulh3REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND /h3ulliQualifications: Bachelor of higher education in Applied Science or Chemical Engineering or equivalent with international standard and solid experience. /liliExperience: Minimum 15 years specific production experience in oil, gas or petrochemical industry;
