STARTING FROM JANUARY | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS
We are looking for a passionate and engaged Ominchannel After Sales Intern to join our After Sales Department in Trebaseleghe (PD).
Your role will be crucial in supporting our corporate networks with an Omnichannel approach, focusing on After Sales flows and processes while maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction and experience excellence.
Your Impact
In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:
- Managing relationships and contacts with all WW Regions.
- Processing material requests and managing flows (bulk order, replenishment, kit).
- Managing orders/goods between national platforms (spare parts, fabrics).
- Managing and monitoring regular flows and activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma from a technical institute or a Degree in Economics or Foreign Languages;
- Professional use of Italian and English;
- Excellent ability to manage time and effectively plan activities in order to meet deadlines and optimize workflow;
- Strong proficiency in using Microsoft applications, especially Excel;
- Previous internship experience, even if brief, in the After Sales sector is considered a plus.
