Opportunity
We are looking for an intern to join the Controlling and Accounting departments.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to support the team in activities related to management control and accounting, gaining hands-on experience with IT tools and methodologies typical of the financial and economic area.
Main Activities:
Controlling:
Support in the preparation and analysis of periodic reports;
Analysis of company costs, production costs, and stock levels;
Analysis of variances between budget and actual results, and monitoring of business performance;
Collaboration with various departments to improve production processes and industrial operations, and support in preparing ad-hoc reports.
Accounting:
Support in day-to-day accounting operations;
Assistance in overseeing treasury and monitoring the company's financial resources;
Learning local and group month-end closing procedures;
Support in managing company assets;
Facilitate communication and data sharing with external consultants and/or managers of foreign subsidiaries (reporting management).
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in economics/statistics;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
Good written and spoken English;
Accuracy,independence, and proactivity;
Teamwork skillsand ability to operate in an international environment.
