As Cleaning Staff, you will be responsible for providing efficient and professional cleanliness of the hotel.
What will you do?
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Complete cleaning on time and within allocated hours set by company.
- Clean using provided specialised equipment and chemicals as per training.
- Ensure a productive and professional relationship with staff members, clients and all contractor personnel.
- May be required to check the quality of cleaning in other rooms.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience between 3 to 5 years in cleaning/floor departments.
- Minimum intermediate level of English.
- Knowledge of flat management systems.
- Friendly, respectful and professional attitude.
- Customer Orientation.

Valet Driver / Bell Attendant (Summer Season 2026)
An opportunity has arisen for a Valet Driver / Bell Attendant to join the summer season 2026 of Jumeirah Capri Palace.
- Provide courteous, professional, and friendly service to all guests, ensuring their comfort and safety during valet and transportation services.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, escorting them to their vehicle and offering personalized assistance throughout the process.
- Open car doors for guests arriving or departing from the main entrance, greeting them with a warm smile to ensure a pleasant and memorable first impression.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, providing trolley support when needed, and ensuring a smooth transition from arrival to departure.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards at all times, including holding a valid UAE driver's license, properly using communication devices, and representing the Jumeirah brand with professionalism.
- Report any incidents, vehicle damage, or delays immediately to the Team Leader, maintaining clear communication and adherence to operational schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional personal appearance, following strict hygiene and grooming standards.
- Safeguard company property and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by management in support of service excellence and operational needs.
