Contribute to development of suppliers. /li liManage evolution of quality control process dedicated to SP. /li liEnsure deployment and validation of new processes in line with product/project planning. /li liIssue relevant documents in the Quality System. /li liManages technicians that are eventually under his/her responsibility. /li liSupport Transfer of Technology on SP: documentation, process and means validation, training. /li liComplies with EHS Alstom and external standards. /li /ul /li liTransmission: ul liTrain the workers and EPU managers to execute SP. /li liEnsure continuous training and permanent qualification of the workers to SP. /li liTrain support functions to business rules linked to SP (Engineering, PME, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality). /li liDevelop SP expert/specialist on new geographic area through Alstom SP qualification plan. /li /ul /li liExecution / Serial manufacturing: ul liGuarantees internal control and good application of process rules in line with customers’ requirements. /li liPerforms internal and external audits. /li liEnsure day‑to‑day monitoring of SP business rules and solve issues concerning SP. /li liIn case of non‑conformity or incident, investigate root causes, find and implement repair solutions. /li liDemonstrate QCD and EHS improvement linked to SP through efficient action plans. Measure performance linked with site industrial objectives and through APSYS audit for instance. /li liSupport Sourcing and Supplier Quality teams during quality crisis. /li /ul /li liTransverse: ul liParticipate to meetings and working groups of the SP network. /li liPropose improvement ideas and evolution of the business rules of their domain. /li /ul /li /ul h3Key Job Authorities and Dimensions /h3 ul liIn case of major SP quality crisis (major technical risk, safety or financial), the expert must provide to the project manager, factually, a clear problem analysis (root causes, associated risks) and the options to exit the crisis, to enable him taking a serene position. /li liHe/She has the duty to control his/her external communication (written and oral) as it engages the responsibility of AT towards third parties. /li /ul h3Performance Measurements /h3 ul liManufacturing and Quality documents are available in due time and to the good quality level. /li liQualification reports of operating modes are issued in line with the schedule. /li liZero non‑conformity during internal or external audits. /li liLevel of deployment of SP standards rules. /li liContribution to site industrial QCD targets. /li liReactivity and consistency during expertise during defect or incident. /li liFAR/FAI/ FMR/SMR validated for all installations involving SP and flagged as technical or industrial risk. /li /ul h3Experience Prerequisites Required Competences /h3 h3Educational Requirements /h3 ul liEngineering degree in process engineering, electronics, electrical, mechanical or chemical (mandatory). /li liTraining and Qualification by a third party for SP if needed (e.g. welding) – desirable. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li2 to 5 years’ experience in industrial method. /li liPractice the concerned special process from 2 to 5 years (execution, definition, qualification). /li liKnowledgeable of main SAP T-Codes for Industrial management. /li /ul h3Competencies Skills /h3 ul liAutonomous, rigorous, good communication. /li liGood teaching skills (able to provide training to a group of trainees). /li liInnovative, participative in business workgroups. /li liAble to read, write and speak English. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pLecco (LC) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
